Large Veneer Drying Capacity Roller Veneer Dryer Machine

The 4-deck veneer roller dryer machine has a wood veneer drying capacity of around 10cbm per hour. All the fans of heating air and cooling air are axial flow fans, and the power of the motors of the axial flow fans is 4KW which saves up to 40% of the electric consumption of the whole wood veneer dryer compared to the previous 11kw motor power. At the same time, the air flow to the face and back of the veneer is sufficient inside the wood veneer drying machine. The core veneer dryer is heated with a thermic oil heater, and the plywood hot press dryer can be heated with the thermal oil boiler too. 

There are automatic veneer infeeder and veneer outfeeder installed for the 4-deck roller dryer machine. Only one worker is needed for the wood veneer in the feeding section. In this way, fewer workers are needed and the labor cost is reduced to the greatest extent. 

The veneer collection section uses the semi-automatic veneer out feeder to release the workforce of workers in collecting the veneer. 

Heat exchangers or Radiators, as well as hot air blowers, can be installed at the top of the core veneer dryer or the bottom of the 4-deck roller dryer machine according to the specific requirement of the customer and actual situation. 

Biomass burner, a product independently developed by Shine Machinery, can directly use crushed wood waste, tree barks as fuel to provide a heat source for the dryer, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and greatly reduces the drying cost.It is a new burner when talking about the heat source of the veneer dryer machine. The biomass burner has no pressure and is not a vessel/container. The hot air blower adopts an axial flow fan with a power of 4KW and 5.5KW, and the air volume can reach 46000-60000m³/h.
