Zambian customers visited and conducted an in-depth investigation of the veneer drying equipment

Recently, Shine Machinery welcomed a group of customers from Zambia to conduct an on-site investigation of the production strength and equipment performance of our company's veneer drying machine. This customer visit is not only a recognition of our company's comprehensive strength, but also lays a good foundation for the future in-depth cooperation between the two parties.

From raw material processing, structural assembly to whole machine testing, customers showed great interest in every detail. In the technical explanation session, we introduced in detail how the equipment can achieve intelligent speed regulation drying and segmented temperature control of veneers of different thicknesses, winning praise from customers. And we learned in detail about the process flow, energy efficiency control system and core technical advantages of the equipment. In the on-site demonstration session, our technicians conducted actual machine operations for the veneer specifications commonly used by customers. The veneer still maintained good flatness after high-temperature rapid drying, the equipment feeding and discharging system operated smoothly, the drying was uniform, and the energy consumption was reasonably controlled. The customer gave a high evaluation of the performance of the equipment, especially the configuration of the PLC control system and electronic control accessories, and believed that it provided a reliable guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

In the subsequent discussion, the two sides reached a preliminary consensus on many details such as fuel type, transportation method, after-sales installation, etc. It is expected that the contract will be formally signed soon.
